Kate Eckert - Johnston Withers Lawyers

Kate joined Johnston Withers in 2009 and has over 15 years experience working in roles in the legal sector including as a legal secretary, a paralegal and an accounts manager.She now leads our team of support staff and with our general manager oversees the firm’s administrative operations. Her experience in and her knowledge of the business helps us continue to move forward, particularly in terms of improving our efficiency and client experience.Kate works closely with the partners to set and review the firm’s administrative strategy and goals. She is also responsible for implementing Johnston Withers’ administrative training and development program, managing significant projects and seeking new and innovative ways to improve the firm’s operations.

Kate holds a Diploma in Legal Services and is an experienced Paralegal and continues with a hands on role assisting with the management of matters within our commercial, litigation and estates teams. Her legal research and drafting experience help facilitate a streamlined approach to matters.

Outside of work Kate enjoys travelling, entertaining friends and spending time with her young family.
