Description: The client contacted our Port Augusta office as a result of an allegation that he had breached conditions relating to Heavy Vehicles under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Outcome: The Johnston Withers Lawyers team skilfully guided the client through the court process, providing professional and informative advice.
“I found Johnston Withers Lawyers very experienced in motor vehicle issues, especially Heavy vehicles, as was my case. From the beginning i found all staff very professional and helpful. Alexander Hosking is the Lawyer who dealt with my case/court case. He completely understood my circumstances and conveyed that to the court. The result from the Magistrate was far better than I had expected and their fees were also better than expected and details of all their work on my case was sent to me with the invoice. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this firm and Alex to anyone requiring this type of legal representation. I am sure any other areas of Law they would be more than competent”.
